1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Account Closure and Termination

Accounts with pending bonuses, active wagering requirements, or outstanding obligations may not be closed until such matters are resolved.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. Outstanding bets will be settled according to their natural conclusion. Terminated accounts may not be reopened. Any attempt to create new accounts following termination will result in immediate closure of such accounts and forfeiture of funds.
